Digitising systems, engaging staff and aligning standards
That’s how Quality Indoor Foliage (QIF) brought three nurseries under one high-performing umbrella – with all sites now working toward Nursery Industry Accreditation Scheme Australia (NIASA), EcoHort and BioSecure HACCP certification.
With support from GIA Extension Officer Barry Naylor, the team streamlined processes, introduced GIA’s Audit Management System and brought staff along for the journey.
“It’s about more than a tick in the box,” says CEO Matt de Ville. “It sharpens our practices, strengthens our reputation and shows customers we’re serious about quality and standards."
